At The Chill Deal Lebanon, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued, and the process for requesting one.

Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase on our platform.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

  • Merchant Closure: The business or merchant has permanently closed before you could redeem your voucher
  • Service Unavailability: The specific service purchased is no longer available and no suitable alternative is offered
  • Technical Error: A verified technical error on our platform resulted in a duplicate or incorrect charge
  • Unfulfilled Deal: The merchant refuses to honor a valid, unexpired voucher without valid reason
  • Cancellation Within Grace Period: You request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase and the voucher has not been redeemed

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be issued in the following cases:

  • Vouchers that have already been redeemed (partially or fully)
  • Expired vouchers where the customer did not use them within the stated validity period
  • Change of mind after the 24-hour cancellation window has passed
  • Failure to read the terms and conditions of a deal before purchase
  • Deals marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Refundable" at the time of purchase
  • Dissatisfaction with the quality of service provided by the merchant (this should be raised as a complaint)

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  • Step 2: Provide your order number, the deal purchased, and the reason for your refund request
  • Step 3: Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days
  • Step 4: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method

5. Refund Timeframes

Once a refund is approved, please allow the following timeframes for the funds to appear:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5–10 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 3–7 business days
  • Platform Credit/Wallet: Within 24 hours

Timeframes may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Platform Credits

In some cases, instead of a cash refund, we may offer platform credits equivalent to the purchase amount. These credits can be used toward any future deal on The Chill Deal Lebanon and do not expire for 12 months from the date of issuance.

7. Disputes with Merchants

If you have a dispute with a merchant regarding the quality of a deal or service received, we encourage you to:

  • First attempt to resolve the issue directly with the merchant
  • If unresolved, contact our team at info@thechilldeal.com with evidence of the dispute

We will mediate where possible, but The Chill Deal Lebanon is not liable for the actions or omissions of third-party merchants.

8. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top will reflect when the most recent change was made.
