By accessing and using The Chill Deal Lebanon website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

2. Use of the Platform

The Chill Deal Lebanon provides a platform connecting consumers with discounts and offers from local Lebanese businesses. By using our platform, you agree to:

  • Use the platform only for lawful purposes
  • Not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our service without express written permission
  • Not transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our platform
  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or making a purchase

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of our platform, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for fraudulent activity.

4. Deals and Vouchers

All deals and vouchers offered on our platform are subject to the following conditions:

  • Deals are valid for the period specified on the voucher
  • Vouchers cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise
  • Deals are subject to availability and merchant terms
  • Expired vouchers cannot be reactivated or refunded
  • Vouchers are non-transferable and may only be used by the purchaser
  • Images of deals are for illustration purposes only

5. Pricing & Currency

Prices on our platform are displayed in Lebanese Pounds (LBP) and/or US Dollars (USD). All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The Chill Deal Lebanon is not responsible for currency exchange rate fluctuations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on The Chill Deal Lebanon, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of The Chill Deal Lebanon or its content suppliers and is protected by Lebanese and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to the accuracy, reliability, or availability of our platform. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Lebanese law, The Chill Deal Lebanon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

9. Merchant Responsibility

The Chill Deal Lebanon acts as an intermediary between consumers and merchants. We are not responsible for:

  • The quality of goods or services provided by merchants
  • Any disputes between you and merchants
  • Changes to merchant services, pricing, or availability

Any disputes with merchants should first be raised directly with the merchant. If unresolved, contact our support team.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lebanon. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Beirut, Lebanon.
